Peak 21 – Shipping Policy

All Peak 21 products are made to order especially for you.

Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked – £3.78
Estimated delivery following dispatch: approximately 2–5 working days.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked – £4.98
Estimated delivery following dispatch: approximately 1–3 working days.

Please remember that these delivery estimates are in addition to our 3–5 working day production time.

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

As products are made to order, items from the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, particularly during busy periods and public holidays.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage charges may apply to have the order sent again.
