Peak 21 – Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your Peak 21 order. As our products are printed to order, we encourage you to check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

After notifying us, you then have 14 days to return the item.

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You may try clothing on as you would in a shop.

How to Make a Return

Please contact us before returning an item. Once your return has been accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions privately by email.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we need to identify your order and return.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return postage.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Where required by law, your refund will include the cost of our standard delivery service. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service will not normally be refunded.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where possible.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

As our products are printed to order, we do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, please contact us to arrange the return of your original item. You can then place a new order for the required size.

We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
